100% pass record on latest PRINCE2 Practitioner course....

PRINCE2™ is a process-based approach to project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. Each process is defined with key inputs and outputs together with the specific objectives to be achieved and activities to be carried out. What is PRINCE2™? The method describes how a project can be divided into manageable stages enabling efficient control of resources and timely progress monitoring. The various roles and responsibilities for managing a project are fully described and are adaptable to suit the project's size, complexity and the skills within the organisation. Project planning using PRINCE2™ is product-based which means the project plans are focused on delivering results and are not simply about planning when the various activities for the project will be done. Driving any PRINCE2™ project is the business case, which describes the organisation's justification, commitment and rationale for the deliverables or outcome. The Business Case is reviewed regularly during the project so as to ensure the business objectives, which may change during the lifecycle of the project, are still being met. 100% pass record 10 delegates attended the 5 day open course in June, which was taught by Nico Viergever and everyone passed both the Foundation and Practitioner exams. The delegates were all from South West companies and government organisation such as local councils and NHS Trusts. Steve Westaway of AME said “All of our PRINCE2 trainers receive excellent feedback and the pass rate on their courses are nearly always higher than the national pass rate. Nico is a very experience trainer and we quite often see over 90% pass rates on his courses alone. With a great mix of delegates on this course and Nico’s brilliant style of teaching, achieving a 100% pass rate is fantastic.” The Pass Facts - According to the latest figures from APM Group, the national pass rate for people taking the PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam is 78%. This has been the case for years 2005 and 2006. For the first 5 or 6 years of accredited training the national pass rate was indeed around 67%. This has increased over the years due to greater understanding and preparation by candidates, more consistency of examination questions and marking, and of course higher quality training as the accreditation system has become more stringent. Testimonial "Further to my recent attendance at the PRINCE2 course organised organised by yourselves, I would just like to say a big Thank you. Your instructor made the week long course very enjoyable. He projected the course at a level that made a difficult subject understandable and the fact that the candidates including myself were from different backgrounds did not seem to phase him. He had a wealth of experience which he was able to relate the subject which made it far easier to understand. The course was well organised and the team were very welcoming and friendly which helps. The final testimony is that we all passed the exam so thank you once again."
