 AME is pleased to welcome an additional employee, Tom Jacobs to the technical team. Over the last few years AME’s support customer base has been growing at a steady rate and the new position of System Engineer has been created to help us ensure we continue to deliver high standards of service and support to our customers.
Tom has lived in the southwest for nearly 20 years and has been working in ICT for the last 3 years. Tom has a background working with Microsoft Windows Server and all Microsoft desktop platforms. He enjoys problem solving and also has a keen interest in web design, utilising his skills in Visual Basic and Adobe applications. Tom is very keen to complete the Microsoft Certified System Engineer accreditation and further his career with AME. We are looking forward to Tom working with us and our customers, so keep a look out for him.
