This 2 day event is designed for individuals new to the project management environment and for team members working as part of a project organisation. The objective is to explain the different stages of the project lifecycle and to provide some of the day-to-day skills required to deliver the defined project outcome.
Delegates attending this event may not yet be ready for or have need of the greater depth of understanding of project management provided by accredited courses such as PRINCE2 and APMP. However they will have a need to understand why projects happen and how they can undertake their role most effectively.
