Relocation Testimonials

The Cavanna Group of Companies
For over 80 years this family business has been building fine homes in an exceptional area.
Simon House and James Johnson of AME Solutions were presented with a certificate from Cavanna homes for “Employee of the Month”. This is the first time Cavanna have given their award to a sub-contractor.
"I would like to say thank you to all at AME for our recent server/network upgrade and relocation to our new offices at Cavanna House. When we decided to move premises, we knew that relocating all of our servers and workstations would be a huge task. Simon House project managed the relocation and upgrade from the initial discussions, through to the final completion of the move. We had to make sure that all our users would be able to leave work on the Thursday and re-commence work on the Monday in a new office with new servers. Simon and his team were fundamental in the success of the whole relocation.
The AME Solutiosn technical team worked 12 hour days over a long weekend to ensure that our systems where ready to be used when the staff returned to work. As a result, the downtime that could have been caused by such a big project was virtually eliminated.
Approximately 55 workstations were re-configured for the new servers with additional software being installed at the same time. Our internet and email system were moved to a different ISP at the same time, which has provided us with a much faster and more reliable connection.
The Directors of the Cavanna Group were so impressed with the knowledge, ability and above all the dedication shown by Simon and James, that for the first time ever we gave our Success of the Month award to someone other than a member of staff.
We have no hesitation in recommending AME Solutions as an IT support provider, and we are very happy with the technical team and the service provided."
