We offer two types of support contract;

Rolling Contract - AME Solutions Rolling support contracts you buy in advance and use as you need. Each unit is a block of 12 minutes of support, either on the telephone, remote or onsite. Should you have credit left at the renewal anniversary then that will simply rollover to the next year, so you never lose out.

Fixed - AME Solutions outsourced fixed-fee support contract, we take complete responsibility for your overall IT requirements, managing day-to-day IT services, providing long-term advice regarding IT-related business issues, and delivering exceptional value.

System Audits

AME Solutions, can review your license position, reconcile any license discrepancies, maximise the usage of already purchased software and provide your company with strategic future savings through more effective software procurement.
