AME recently installed and configured a new Microsoft Windows SBS 2003 Server at Fulfords in Exeter and re--configured the network workstations. Arranged at very short noticed, the engineers attended site a few days before Christmas to minimise down time and completed the install on 23rd December 2005.

Dear Steve,

I would like to say thank you to Simon House, James Johnson and you for the recent installation of our new server. I was extremely grateful when you offered to supply and install a new server without any charge to our charity.

When I found out that our previous supplier had closed without supplying or completing the installation I was extremely worried that I wouldn’t be able to replace the old server. AME were kind enough to provide the server and carry out the installation at very short notice over a long weekend, which therefore reduced the amount of downtime that could have been caused to 40 users.

I have no hesitation in recommending AME to other companies requiring a hardware and software supplier that can also provide a high level of technical support. I have known Steve and the technical team for several years and they are reliable, knowledgeable and above all trustworthy people to work with.
