Call handling features:

Call answer - To one reception, to a group or to auto attendant.

Call deflection - Set to busy to route to a different phone or voicemail.

Call Hold - Callers on hold can be presented with a tone, music or message.

Brokers call - Allows users to switch between two calls at once.

Conference call - With Internal or external multi-party calls.

Call transfer - To extensions, groups, voicemail or external numbers such as mobiles.

Off net calls - incoming calls can be transferred to external number.

DDI (Direct Dial Inwards) - Allow callers to route themselves directly to an individuals or departments.

Auto Attendant - Answer incoming calls and direct the caller without operator intervention.
