Support and Maintenance

AME’s annual maintenance service provides customers with a team of engineers that can provide remote technical support and programming services for your VoIP phone system;

• Remote Programming - up to 3x per month - Up to 15 minutes of remote programming per request.
• Remote Response - 4 hour response for major system failure and 8 hour response for minor system failure in normal working hours.
• “Working hours” are defined as Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
• IPPBX configuration backup carried our remotely every 6 months
• Travel and on site Engineering time is chargeable at our normal hourly rate
• Replacement Parts - All replacement parts are chargeable unless under warranty.
• Does not cover analogue handsets or devices (fax etc)

Provides 1 additional year on manufacturers 2 year warranty for the Vigor IPPBX 2820, to give 3 years in total.

• Return to base.

Provides an Advanced Replacement service of a pre-configured IPPBX that will be sent out to your site on a next day delivery service for you to install for yourself. (Courier charges for same day delivery will be extra)

• An up to date configuration backup will be required to send out the replacement pre-conifgured to site.
• An engineer can attend site if needed at the normal hour rate.
• Full 3 year warranty.
