We recognise the need for extended hours of IT support, which is why we offer IT support to businesses who operate out of normal working hours, this extends our regular technical support to include evenings and weekends, including bank holidays. Meaning our customers have the peace of mind that we are available should they have any requirements. It is important to be there when our customers need us and as such we offer you with the ability to tailor your support plan to align with the hours you require covered.
We have built a reputation for high quality IT support and excellent customer service and our extended hours support will ensure that businesses who operate during evenings and weekends receive the right IT support in case of any technical issues.
Our extended hours IT support improves on our standard Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm by making it Monday to Sunday 7am till 11pm. This is designed for serious situations where you require IT support services in the evenings or at the weekend; it ensures that you have a response from a technical person who could help; in the same way that you do with our normal hours service.
Our qualified engineers will contact you to to resolve your issues with a guaranteed response time of four hours and look to resolve your issues remotely to ensure that there is minimal downtime. They will use remote access technology and in most cases be able to resolve your issues as if they were physically onsite, without having to visit your office. When emergency support is needed, simply call us on our dedicated helpline number for immediate access to remote and help desk support. All help desk engineers are fully trained and qualified which ensures our customers receive the highest quality service possible.

Extended Hours IT Support FAQ
Our Critical Out of Hours Service offers extended hours of support between the hours of 7:00am to 11:00pm Monday to Sunday, Bank Holidays 8:30am till 10:00pm. Please note that we are fully closed on Christmas Day.
Our Extended out of hours IT Support contract includes a guaranteed 4 hour response time. Initially a support call will be dealt with over the phone or by remote access and then onsite if required.
Our qualified engineers will contact you to to resolve your issues with a guaranteed response time of four hours and look to resolve your issues remotely to ensure that there is minimal downtime.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, then an engineer will come to site at an agreed time with you to look at the issue and resolve it.
In order to sign up to our Extended Hours IT Support, you need to sign our terms and conditions which a member of our team can send to you. Once this has been completed our team will send you a document which provides you with all the information you need to contact us during our Extended Hours period.
For our Pay as you IT Support customers we do not provide a guaranteed response time. This is because this contract is more of an informal arrangement whereby the customer can just call us whenever they need help and pay based on our hourly/day rate.
If a guarantee response time is something that your business requires then one of our IT Support contracts or Fully Managed IT Support might be better suited to your needs.
